Welcome to our Surf Camp in Sagres, Sagres is a small village near Cape Sao Vincente, the furthest South Western point in Europe, many years ago fishermen and adventurers alike belived this stretch of coastline was 'The end of the world', a place so involved in discovery it is only right that situated on the headland is Prince Henry the Navigators Fort, at the time used as a navigational school.

The Surfcamp is located just up on the hill above the beach of Mareta, ideally positioned to be within a couple of minutes driving of some of the best waves in the Algarve with surf spots like Beliche and Tonel being right on your doorstep.

The house itself offers rooms from 2 to 6 beds in each room depending on whether you want privacy or are willing to share. Breakfast is served on the outside BBQ area by way of buffet style selections which are more than enough to satisfy even the largest appetite. When you return from your days surfing { 2 lessons a day } if your taking part in the surf school its back to relax at the camp for a beer in the bar or maybe a game of pool whilst you exchange stories of the days events. At around 8pm you can expect a hearty evening meal either traditional portuguese food or chicken,pasta,rice e.c.t. {Evening meal is extra usually around 10 Euros which can be paid localy}.

Our surf camp in the Algarve is one of the longest and most established schools in the Portugal. Head surf guru Sergio is an expert and highly respected surfer and surf coach and is also a long standing lifeguard on the beaches of the Algarve. Sergio and his team have one of the most popular grom {Kids} clubs and over the years have produced some of this regions best surfers.

You will find that no matter what your level of surfing we have it all for you, we have great surfcamp facilities and pride ourself on our surf school and we also welcome surfers with their own equipment who are just looking for somewhere in a surfing environment to stay, we have had some of the top pro surfers in the world stay with us when the european leg of the pro tour is in town.
